We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Due to the nature of our product (sealed canned water for human consumption), we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
